Is this the right time to invest?

Q: Hi, I am planning to invest in residential property in Jaipur. Is Rosewood city Jaipur comes under Apna Ghar Yojna and I also would like to know whether this is the right time to invest in property in Jaipur?

It's a very good place for long time investment. I would suggest you to wait till Diwali as there will be a fall of rate during this period.
