Q: I have got a new job in Ahmedabad and looking to migrate from Kolkata to this city along with my family. I just wanted to know if there will be any fall of property rate within 2 months.

As per to the current market scenario, there's no chance of property rate reduction. But yes, there are chances at the time of Diwali. You can wait till Diwali to get your own affordable property rate.
