Devarabisanahalli Project - Please Advice and help

Q: There are 2 projects in devarabisanahalli which is almost on the same progress in completing the project by Dec 2011. Which one you suggest as both of them more or less quoting the same amount and the amenities are mostly same.
1) SLS Splendour
2) Vijayasri Golden Orchids

Any advice would greatly appreciated
