Q: If I wish to sell F block, 10 th floor apartment, what is the prevailing price? Can I sell apartment in semi finished condition. We have been waiting since 2007 for the possession and finally moved to a small village to survive

Dear Mr. Ruchi Mishra, You have mentioned 3 BHK approx 35L. I have clearly mentioned in my note that my flat is 2 BHK plus one study, F block, 10th flr. I wish to sell and I have already listed my flat thru commonfloor.com
