I bought a flat near BHEL area but some of the bachelors are creating nuisance which is intolerable. Is there any rules and laws for flat owners?

Q: Recently we purchased a flat near by BHEL. But all flats are not sold, my builder gave rent to 15 bachelors, now they are creating nuisance.Is there any rules and laws for flat owners?

You have every right to call 100 if you have any kind of disturbance from your neighbors..... you can request them to keep your details confidential.

Please speak to those bachelors first about the problems they are creating. If they do not listen then make a group and try making builders understand about the matter. I can understand how painful the problem can be and the mental disturbance you facing in office. Try taking legal or police help if nothing else works.

The main thing is My wife's parents are uneducated and they are follow village nativity, every day feel insecure abou her daughter.. so is there any legal rules to object the builder.

Thanks for your quick reply. But up to now we dont have association. Builder is leading the apartment. He is thinking as per his aspect like fully commercial. Any help please because we are both only, Here the thing is security problem, if i went to office i don't want to think every minute about home what is happening, i wan t a peaceful mind to work in office. Please advise.

You can conduct a associations' meeting and discuss the matter with them. Bring to the notice of the bachelors who are creating problems. If association can not handle the matter the you can lodge a complaint against then with the police.
