Is there any boom of property price after smart city start??

Q: Yesterday the smart city officially and physically started creating 100000 jobs in Kochi requiring 100000 housing units in 2014. Hope this will boost the property prices.

Investment in smart-city is definitely a wise idea. It is expected to be operational by 2017. It is a trend commonly seen that when residential projects get under way property prices soar. Smart city is also gonna be the largest IT park in the country. the infrastructure definitely holds promise.
