What is the present scenario, for a flat on 2nd floor in S block for either sale or to rent it.

Q: I have a 4+1 bedroom set unfurnished in S block on 2nd floor, kindly advise the status if we go for sale or whether we should rent it.
Also what would be the money equation in both the cases.
