Why are the residents of NCL Godavari so insensitive towards cleanliness of their surroundings?

Q: People using the common areas as spittoons(E Block garden & walls near the staircase) first floor common area between two houses as a dumping yard. Why?

I totally agree with Abdul. If there is no such association in your apartment then you can form an association within residents for monitoring issues within apartment. Please go through the following link Formation of apartment owners association in Hyderabad to get more information.

Please make an association of residents who are facing this problem and make the other residents aware of the situation. If there is no proper dumping yard, then make one with the help of the owners\' association and other residents. Spread awareness among the residents about the ill effects of dumping waste here and there. Make use of solid waste management or sewage treatment plan for health benefits.
