Gated community rules from government

Q: Hi,
I would like to know what are all the rules will be to be followed by a builder when he is constructing gated community

Latest Answer: In case of flats, the roads, parks, clubhouse and so on are the common place areas and may be handed over to the association. So association responsible to keep the identical and that they have the ownership of that, wherein as the gated groups, rely on fact, all the roads and parks belong to the government and the respective local authorities.The connection will no longer have any manipulate on it. but, it is probably the equal case in the gated communities additionally, and associations are typically taking care of the layout and that they form the regulations.

Why are the residents of NCL Godavari so insensitive towards cleanliness of their surroundings?

Q: People using the common areas as spittoons(E Block garden & walls near the staircase) first floor common area between two houses as a dumping yard. Why?

Q: The Ganesh Pooja is held every year in Blk C. All the blessings of Ganesha accrues to Blk C along with noise created by the entertainment programmes held in the late evening and the inconvenience caused in the parking lot. My request is that other blocks also enjoy the same blessings. Kindly arrange to have the pooja in D block or E block.In fact all the blocks should have it by rotation. Capt.Rajkumar
