Confirmation on maintenance team members.

Q: Hi owners, this is Vimal, for your kind information that last week I had an worst experience in Jains Sudarshana apartment while going to look for an rental flat. There are two persons one is m----n(maintenance team)other S-----h(Vendor of the flat ) who was asking commission from me for showing the rental flat. Even they are not allowing me inside to see rental flats available there. Please let me know whether they are maintenance team members or Brokers. Thank You

Hi Abhilasha,thanks for your comments.See i like the society very much thats why i planned to rent a flat there,Even i got some owners contacts through free classifieds.But i went there to enquire whats the actual rent for 3bhk and 2bhk,That time these guys called Ma---n (Maintenance team)was asking me that sir we have a good 3bhk flat for rent in jains sudarshana,If you want the contact details means you have to pay the brokerage for us,So i told him that Iam not inrested to go through you Sir,I just came to see the flats advertised on internet ,That time ,Madhan was not allowing me inside to see .I want to know he is getting salary from Mainnteance team or not. I wonder why you are supporting for them.Thank you

Dear Sir,

Whether they are maintenance team members or Brokers that is not an issue. You are liable to pay commission only to your broker and if you have no broker and contacted the owner directly then no need to pay commission. I wonder how can we pay commission only for seeing the rental flat. In real estate commission is paid only if you like the rental property shown by your broker, security deposit is paid and rental agreement is signed.

Therefore contact the owner and clarify your doubts if any
