Q: The owners of Sabhari Foundations, Mr Hari and his son Mr Balaji had collected 1 lakh rupees for the car parking from all the flat owners but yet hadn't mark the parking to the flat buyers. And there are only four parking available where as they had collected money from 6 buyers. How do we get the car parking now? And there is no sewage also. The waste waters are going out in the next plot which makes the environment very untidy

Hello, Which project in Rajakilpakkam are you talking about? If you are talking about Sabari Ganesh Building, Rajakilpakkam, Chennai then my advise to you that make a forum inform all the owners of the society to join this forum and make a group, pressurized the builder to fulfill all the basic needs which he didn't offer you in the project. Or you can take the advice of a legal expert.
