Hi
I am not sure if you are aware of the history behind the Sai Surya project construction. The initial handover date of the project is in March 2008 - and the status is still not acheived till date and its nearly 3 years delayed. What is the rate qoute that you have got from the builder ?

As per my knowledge the completion date is Oct 2011. You can inquire more about the completion and possession date of the project.
