2BHK Apartment for Rent in Pallikaranai, Chennai at Dev Apartments. Why is there no option to edit the Title. Kindly let me know why i cannot change it.

Q:I am owner of an institutional zone on the main of Velachery Tambaram at Pallikarnai Village. I wanted clarity on the OSR rules ,as I heard that its different for different zone. Is OSR applicable for Institutional zone?

Q:I have been searching for some group of real estate developers in Chennai. I found Purvankara Projects Ltd. , they have many on-going and established site in premium locations all around Chennai.
Q:house in one of these nagars. If any one knows about these two nagars, please tell us. we hear lot of water bodies in pallikaranai that will worsen the soil quality. Also we hear that marshy land adjacent areas in balaji nagar and sai vignesh nagar are for govt. acquisition. and in alamelu mangapuram nagar, lands marked for housing board. Is there any acquisition by Govt. in Ambal Nagar and Delhi Babu nagar? any other precautions to be taken?Kindly enlighten us.Regards
