The later article dated 22 July 2011 states that the embargo is on the unsold properties of Mayfield Gardens and not all the houses will be affected. Gurgaon deputy commissioner said that classification of the properties have to be done which is not registered in the revenue record following the embargo. Individual property owners will not be affected with the embargo decision. However, for knowing the real scenario you could consult with the existing residents of the project in sectors 47, 50, 51, 52 and 57 and get more information. I feel they could guide you better and they are the real end users.
