Q: Flats have been booked by people in the Project Provedent Cosmo City-Kelambakkam in three phases Puravankara builders.
Phase I is scheduled to be completed and handed over to the owners by October 2011.

Provident Cosmocity Chennai is located at Near Siruseri IT Park, OMR, Chennai. Phase I Completion date is May 2011, Phase II Completion date is August 2011, Phase III Completion date is December 2011 onwards. However, these dates may be tentative. You can contact the builders for further details on completion and possession date.
