I am staying in Mumbai and as per the United Phosphorous Limited the construction was suppose to start by December 2010 and operated a landfilland composting plant which would convert the organic wastes into manure but still now the construction has not been started and the Mumbai city is overflow with garbage in the main road and left the city look untidy. The Brihanmumbai Municiple Corporation people decided to put penalty for Rs 50,000 each day till the construction of the dumping site is complete and it is ready to use. It is said that the constuction will get over within next year.
