Recently in Pune a 3 bhk flat has been sold for Rs 78 lakhs at Wakad and it is a 10 storey building comprises of 3bhk apartments, the price range of the square feet cost from 3,500 to 4,300 per square feet, which has marked the history. The project seems to get completed by August 2012 and facilities of the apartments are it has a gym, multipurpose hall, centralized hi-tech security system, club house, swimming pool, solar water heating system, piped gas are the part of the project.
