The buyers must check out the legal paper of the property before buying a property, never give any advance before the confirmation. The buyers should always ask for the original/ copy of the deeds. It is also essential to check whether the property taxes have been paid to the concerned department moreover check the land must not have any legal dues. Consult a lawyer to check whether documents are clear and legally valid.
