The prices of the land is touching the sky which made the purchase of the site and the construction of a house almost impossible and moreover the cost of an independent house is in dismay. Now a days customers are prefering comumnity living more attractive because of the facilities offered as well as the ease in handling maintainance and security. To build an individual house it need a proper contractor as well as proper design. Infact fresh land for individual houses are not available now a days. So people prefer to go for a flat or an appartment. Apartments are unlikely to remain in a perfect state for over 30 years.
