The educational sector has done quite well in the past few years and it will continue, it will motivate many families tio invest in buying a home in Pune. Pune caters to various fields like engineering, fashion, medicine and entertainment, lot of student takes admission in different colleges and after their education they continue staying in the city and invests in buying flat or house, many students get placement from big companies. Institutions like Symbosis International University and Bharati Vidyapeet has already made their presence in the city. The developers maintain the educational hub tag to motivate people coming from other place to invest in property.
