But it is also true that rates per sqft is very high, it is said that the price per sqft has increased by Rs 100 and many other hidden charges are there which are very heavy. So I prefer you to wait till the price comes down if you are going with Santigram Adani.

In Ahmedabad, many township projects are coming up, but it is better if you go with Santigram Adani which is located in S.G Road, many people have invested in this project. It comprises fo 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK. The township is full of luxurious amenities like golf course, party hall, athletic arena, cricket stadium, recreation hall and many others.
