The area is very nice and it is surrounded by commercial hub like DAE colony, Kamala nagar and many more. Houses built in such locality can fetch huge amount but again it depends on many aspects like age of the building, quality of construction, furnishing, parking space which can impact the value of the property. But it is better if you consult a broker to get the exact rate.
