Q:Should we sell our 325 square yards home land in Hyderabad which is shared between 4 brothers and make 3-3.5 crores our of it and buy separate new homes else where or give it for development to local builder to get 4 out of 8 2BHK 1000 square feet built up area or 800 carpet area flats in the same place with built cost of 2000 per square feet by builder which are worth 60-70 lakhs each.
