Checklist to be followed before buying a flat.

Q: I want to buy a flat from a builder. Can any one help me out with what are the things I should follow before buying a flat as I do not have much idea about it?

Before buying a property it is necessary to do a thorough search about the builders, ask the builders to show the approval layout plan, clean land title, the building plan, No objection certificate from all the concerned departments, construction agreement, tax assessment etc.
