Planning to sell my flat.

Q: I am planning to sell my flat which is in Mumbai, as I am currently staying in Pune with my family and wanted to buy a flat in Pune. Can anyone tell me whether it is the right time to buy a flat in Pune? Will there be any correction in Mumbai in future or should we sell the flat soon?

The effects are general due to recession there some pressure on the rates which may continue for little more time. Muland is one such area which is less effected. Again it depends on the area in which you want to buy a flat. It is a better option to see how much best offer you get in Muland and take the benefit of recession at Pune.
