Need explanation and clarification

Q: Hi, I am Maneesh Khilnaney r/o of 4/504 Orange Count I want to put a complain that my Adidas shoes worth RS 1800 has been stolen from my shoe rack. I just need your explaination on who is responsible for this and if a small thing like shoes is not save who could we rely on security on your valuable items and even your life is in danger.

Hi Maneesh,
Please put forward this issue in the owners' association meeting so that they can come up with a solution. This is a serious problem and should be taken care of by the management. I was also planning to book an apartment in Orange County but after hearing these thefts, I am having second thoughts. Please let us know if you residents are facing any other issue apart from this.

Theft of Shoes from Apartment is increasing day by day and these thieves only targets branded shoes lika Adidas or Reebok as they know the market rate for these shoes are 1500 to 2000 and they can easily make quick bucks. I personally recommend residents to take care of their belongings as nowadays security of apartments are also involved in such planned theft.
