As you have never lived in Bangalore before it will be little difficult for you to find the best opportunity for investment. The price of land and houses Bangalore are very high and are increasing every year. So I would suggest if you have adequate money in hand then plan in investing and expect a good return on investment in the near future. The sooner you buy the land the better returns you will get.
