The reason for deputing a special team is because of unauthorised land acquisition by private parties. The special team will check the land encroachment in various wards and will assess the properties owned by the corporation within the city; the team is going to prepare a detailed report of the properties owned by the corporation. Those properties will be separated and landmarks will be installed to prevent trespassing.
