Has anyone purchased Flats Villas from MPS Builders (MPS India Holdings ) in Kochi or trivandrum?

Q: Beware of this builder MPS Builders aka MPS India Holdings Private Limited
They announced several projects in Trivandrum and Kochi in 2016-2017 and none of their projects are anywhere closer to completion. Especially their Trivandrum Projects are stuck. I own a villa in their Trivandrum project named MPS Apstone. Its been 4 years and there is no compound wall or gate. around 40 odd people are cheated. There is another flat project called SmartHomes which is also stuck. Apstone customers have formed a plot owners association and going for RERA complaint.

If you are making plan to buy property please visit to landcraft golflinks NH-24 Ghaziabad, once. There are more aminities rather than other projects. It is a ready to move project. 2, 3,4 bhk, plot, shops are available in best price.
