@ Mr Nishant Pathak,
Divisional commissioner declared that, those buyers having digitized signature need not to visit the sub register office physically after launching the project. But under the existing process, buyer & seller can physically go to nearest sub register office , physically submit project details as well as pay stamp duty also. It is the choice of the builder & buyer.

Hi Nishant Pathak,
According to revenue department, there is no online facility in India till now. Delhi is going to be the first to launch this online property registration project. Why this initiative has taken? Because to ease the registration process. So that people need not to stand in sub register office & waste valuable time to get rental agreement or to register their property.

Yeah that's right. Divisional commissioner Ashwini Kumar said that while using this software by visiting the department web site , people can easily register their property or get rental agreement as well as power of attorney etc. Even if you are buying a property, visit the website, fill the application form, provide all necessary details & seller details.

Each and everyone can pay dues through electronic transfer and this process is less tedious than going to the registered office and standing in long queues. It will help Delhi Government to bring in transparency in public dealing and to reduce delays in payments. The process is well secured with audit trails and cross verification system. An unique reference number will issued at the office of the sub registrar and you are ready to pay from anywhere and any time.
