When we say Launch Date of a project, what do we refer to?

Q: Do we refer to the date on which project was made available to purchase? Or the day it was announced that some work will start on constructing it? Or some other?

Hi Mukesh, when a builder announces the launch date of a project, he means the initiation of the construction work of the project. Some builders take a booking amount/ initial payment of 10% or so after the project launch date to start the construction work. Payment is done gradually in installment/slabs till the possession date.
