Advice needed on registration of property and selling of flat.
Q: I have purchased a flat in sector 26, Nigdi. The builder has signed the apartment deed with 3 out of 5 members. As the other two members have a conflict with the builder he has refused to sign the deed with them. I want to sell my flat and have been told that the property has not been registered with Nigdi pradhikaran. Please advice.
Hi Nutan, is the apartment bought by five of you? If yes, then you can speak to other two buyers and ask them to sign their part as soon as possible to get the property registered.
