Information about Neelkanth Riverview.

Q: The Neelkanth river view project is facing problems for the last one year with the height of the tower. The neighbour property owners GAYATRI SHAKTHI PEETH have seeked an injunction from the court and therefore forcing the project to come to a halt with five floors only. Is this true? The proposed twelve storey Neelkanth river view project stops at fifth floor. Why?

Hey Vivek, Thanks for the good news, at last the project got the approval for the 12 floor tower. How is the project? Did you book any flat there?

Hi Kamal, Yes, to the relief of many people, the project finally got the approval. My opinion may be little biased as I have already invested in the project. However, I think it is a good project. Next to circuit house and Gayatri mandir. On that road, I don't think there is any other space available where such project is possible. If river front etc. goes as planned, it will be a great place to live. I live in the US and plan to settle down in India 5 years down the line.

Hi Suresh,
As per the latest information that I have received, government authorities have approved their plan for 12 floor tower. I have also heard that almost all apartments are sold out, especially the ones facing the river. I am traveling right now and would appreciate if you could check with the builder and let me know if my information is correct.
