Real estate in Pune is booming and according source, Godrej joined as a partner in Mosiac Landmarks LLP to develop a group housing project at Undri (near NIBM) in Pune. In another source, DLF set to ink Rs 900-cr Pune SEZ deal with Blackstone. Recently Maharashtra is ranked third after Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in terms of transparency in the realty sector, according to the 'Indian Real Estate Transparency Index 2011'.

Considering above trend in Pune real estate sector, we can expect a booming time for Pune real estate.

Yes, recently in Pune a residential bunglow was sold for Rs 1.61 crores which is spread over 3300 square feet with a four bedroom unit. Pune has a capital value of about Rs 5,000 per square foot. This implies that the land rates are increasing day by day in Pune.
