Looking for a plot.

Q: Hi, I am looking to construct a house after purchasing the plot, my budget is around 20-25 lacs for plot. Which place is better for residential as well as investment? Which one is preferable Bachupllay or Beeramguda?

Bachupally Vs Beeramguda: Bachupally is one of the prime location in Hyderabad and Beeramguda is one of the upcoming/ rapidly developing suburb. If you are planning to invest for selling in them in two or three years, Bachupally is good. If you are planning for residing purpose, Beeramguda would be recommended because the price would appreciate when you plan to sell after 5+ years.
