Status of Noida realty.

Q: Through out this year Noida realty was facing major problem regarding land acquisition and many constructions were stopped. Will the Noida see happy times in realty sector?

I agree with Aditi happy times is back and Noida sector are very promising. If you are planning to invest this is absolutely the right time to invest.

Some of the sectors in Noida hold good promise such as 18, 32, 77 onwards. These sectors are catering to the demand and they are near developed areas thus the return will be good.

yes the happy times will soon come and realty prices will appriciate a lot,if i talk about areas of noida,only the main problem exist in noida extension which is solved but since there is government procedure so needs time to start the construction else all areas in noida are out of dispute .. and still good time to invest to get a gud appreciation.

Happy times are back for Noida realty, now things are in place and Noida real estate is coming up with huge number of upcoming projects and even the floor rates have been raise by Rs 500 to Rs 600 per square feet.
