there is news in market that the builder is not giving what he promised to the the phase 1 owners on the amenities front.they have made fools of many owners. phase 1 customers, few of whom i am common friend with has told that there re comprises builder has made both on open space, amenities and transparency. Please be careful.

Hi,

I don't find much disadvantages in this project but I am sure you have many advantages such as project located in Madhapur Hyderabad which is one advantage, project approved by GHMC and Cybercity Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is one of leading developer which is another advantage and Rainbow Vistas apartment is spread over 4.3 acres of land with 450 flats. They provides modern amenities.
