Can you help me to find my land in Patna?

Q: My father took land in Patna without registry. I want to know can I get my land. He paid half of the money. I do not know the location but I have the papers.

Hi

If you have original registry paper then you can go to the court and find out your property. But as per your information your father paid half of the money without registry paper, so I think that will be a big problem. If you don’t have the original documents I don’t think you can claim for the land, as the court may ask you for the original papers for verification. So it is better to take advice from your legal expert.
