Sir,
Please go through the website of the builder . http://www.desaihomes.com/home.asp
You will get all informations.-address ,telephone nos. etc.Please contact them.At site there is no office.
The building site is about 4 km far from Kakkanadu collectorate. It is still under construction, not fully commissioned. Nobody started living there so far.In case you want to visit the site ,if you ask the builders office they will take you to there.
Hope you are satisfied.

Hello Mr Abraham. I am not the owner but I am planning to buy an apartment in the project, but are an owner so you must be having the full address and you have done the sale deeds. So kindly provide me the full address details instead of giving directions.

I believe you are not an owner of dd misty hills, otherwise you should have brochure ,building plan,, location map etc.
anyway if you want to visit the site you have to go from `kakkanadu` towards ` vegaland ` (muvattupuzha) route. at `navodaya jn.` you have to turn left, then at` millumpady jn.` turn right.
on way there are sign boards and advt. boards which are help full to find the route.
have an enjoyable visit.

I have visited DD misty Hills site and the apartments , several times and I don`t have any doubt about the location of my flat.
I was wondering how this ``COMMON FLOOR`` is giving an address which is not excatly that of
`DD MISTY HILLS`, site /building complex.
I responded with this website ,in the hope of meeting / contacting co-owners. But didn`t have proper responses.

I too researched on the same builder Desai Homes Kakkanad Kochi also states that the project is in the heart of big-wings like the IT Park, CSEZ, Apparel Park, Smart City DD Misty Hills location map available as DD Misty Hills location map
