It depends on the builder how he is going to charge the maintenance charges like once in a month or once in a year. The builder will decide who is going to take the responsibility for the maintenance the owner association or the builder himself.
like after getting the posession what are thesteps going to be taken by the builder regarding election of the body for the society to be formed,common maintenance charges and how long the builder will be maintaining once handing over the posession. can anybody enlighten?
