Q:I see that the project completion was on Dec 2015 and still the amenities like Clubhouse swimming pool are under construction AND There is no proper road frontage and whatever amenities I ask for are not functional as per the residents there AND The apartment compound and parking area looks so dirty and the lifts are too small AND The garden is not having plants and the entire basement was stinking due to STP as per the sales team AND It is a pity on the general maintenance team in the apartment AND Is this project really completed, and how many flats are occupied now?

I am very surprised that nobody has taken them to the court. The real estate act applies to all buildings under construction and is pretty clear that unavoidable circumstance clause can not be used arbitrarily. I assume someone has at least sent a basic legal notice by now.
Latest Answer: No idea about KM 37 but works on tower no 58 and 59 is going on. I think you should visit the project site and check the construction status himself. In this way way will come to know that what all amenities are giving by the builder, construction material used in ur flat etc.
