Q: I have just taken possession of my flat at Shobha Chrysanthemum I would like to elicit information from you whether I should instal R. O . Kent or Aqua guard. Any useful information on water analysis will be appreciated.I was informed by the builder that ground water is potable. Now I have to decide about installation of equipments to further refine to my reqt.
@Mochelal, I do not think ground water can be portable, first confirm with the builder about the quality of water. My personal advice is to install your own water purifier because many time the quality of water wont be good so the purifier will help to purify the bad quality of water.
well Mocherlal.. i m staying in shobha dhalia.. and using R.O. Kent. Contaminated water can cause a lot of disease and neither the ground water nor the water supplied by municipality is portable. Please confirm from your builder if he has installed a big purifier attached with the water tank , if he has in that case also I would suggest you to get your own purifier as the you can’t be sure about the regular cleaning and maintenance of the community purifier. If you are getting water by tanker in that case water could be potable but you should ask the agency who is supplying the water.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I wanted to elicit information from residents whether R.O. Is essential and what does water analysis indicate, if provided by the builder. Please throw some light .
R.O. Kent is said to be better than aquaguard, however auaguard has got the best service network all over India. So if service is not a problem go for R.O.Kent
