Need reviews on Ferrous Heights project
Q: Hi, please post your reviews and suggestions on this project so that it will help me in taking a decision on investing in this project. And is there any issue with the project or builder?

Latest Answer: Ferrous group has developed many projects in Delhi-NCR and there is mixed response about this group.. Ferrous Heights project comprises of spacious and lavish 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments for sale. Spaciously set up over an area ranging between 1115 sq. ft. and 1501 sq. ft, the apartments have been priced between Rs. 23 lakhs to Rs. 35 lakhs approx. There are many features and facilities coming with this project.

What is the future of the Sarjapur road? Is it wise to invest there?
Q: If yes, please suggest me some upcoming projects. I'm looking to invest around 70-80 lakh to get returns in 4 to 5 years.

Tech Industries 1ST Stage, peenya industrial area, Dowac System and Projects India Pvt Ltd, Maruthinagar Nagashetty halli ,Ring Road etc. Just go through it and decide where you want to go for the study.
