Bought a flat in Garnet.

Q: Bought flat in Garnet - Key handover date ? Supposed to be in April 11.Now, probably by June 12. Any idea about the handover date - builders are not very sure about the target date?

No, I am not the owner of any flat but I am planning to buy one in the project if all the amenities are in the place and the project is legally cleared.

Hi, Builder has completed tiles work in all floors as of end dec'11. But plumbing is yet to start and delayed due to skilled labour availability issue. Hope, you are also one of the flat owner in Garnet block.

Hello Krishnan, Can you tell me how is the project? Is there any issue that the builder is not handing over the key to the owners? Did you communicate with the builder?
