Complaint regarding the maintenance.

Q: i was staying in nandi gardens phase-1 in flat # 1a-24 on rent.
i have vacated the flat in the december 2011 month. at the time of vacating i contacted the maintenance guy named rajesh and he agreed to help me vacating my household goods with his one helper. after he helped me loading my goods in the truck he started arguing with me and asked me to pay him 500 rupees which was not cofirmed before loading of the goods. after so much of argument he said he will put my goods back in my flat if i will not give the money then i have given him 200 rupees and after that i went before the truck leave the appartment. after i came my new house and checked my all the goods i found that my 5 useful bags are not there in my goods. as i have come to the whole route behind the truck on my motorbike there is no question that the my 5 bags will be fallen down on the road from the truck. that means my 5 bags have been stolen by rajesh and his helper only
