Suggestion needed.

Q: The builder has handed over the flat to us without any electricity connection from the electricity board. The have also made us sign an electricity agreement demanding Rs 750 as fixed metre charges before rigistry, else they will make the registry happen. Now we are demanding roll back of this unfair charges as there is no electricity supply. Please guide us what to do.

Hey Rahul, First try to take with the builder and if at all he is not responding then take the help of your legal experts. If you want then you can, form an association and take legal action.
