Finding address in residential locality

Q: Hey guys! I just now read a story about http://www.commonfloor.com/stories/finding-address-made-easier-at-gaziabad-14151 I don't understand as to why the government or the municipal authorities have come forward to take care of installing sign boards in these residential areas?

Hai! It might be either the municipal authorities are negligent or knowingly they are lazy to attend civic woes. These are the only two reasons as to why the authorities would not have come forward to attend these people in Gaziabad.
