Q: If we rent a flat in L and T South City, do we need to additionally pay for all the amenities like swimming pool, gym, tennis court etc. What other charges can a tenant incur like Electricity bill etc? Also, how do we get gas connection there?

As a tenant you have to pay the electricity bill and maintenance charges will include all the amenities charges. To get the gas connection you can talk with the nearest gas office or else you can talk with the other resident of L&T South City.
