Association formed by the builder

Q: What would happen if a few apartment owners does not want to join the association and want to form their own as association formed by the builder is working to the benefits of the builder and the apartment owners. Can a divided group form a new association and register it

Yeah association can be formed without the acceptance of the other owner. But the thing is that you cannot register your association for which you wont be having any security.

You cannot form two different association, all the apartment owners have to talk with the register about the problems or issues regarding the association formation.
