the mayfield gardens includes several existing as well as new projects like floors opp Baani, M2K White house, Orchid Island(New), Symphony Floors(New), M2K Aura etc.
Do you mean that T&CP would takeover all the aforesaid projects????

As far as I know the department of town and country planning announced to takeover the township from builder.
